KSC-1325 is used in Edge-On heavy duty dual spring shank mounts. This is made with 5160 spring steel that is 1 1/4” (3.2 cm) thick by 2” (5.1 cm)  front to back.

This shank is very tough in the direction of pull and is often used for working 8”-12” (20 - 30.5 cm)  deep.

This shank is made with 5160 spring steel. It is 2” (5.1 cm) wide left to right and 1” (2.5 cm) thick. It features a flattened soil end to center the knife and reduce drag.

This is a great shank for single spring bundles and working depths less than 8” (20 cm). Not recommended for strip till or deep tillage applications.

KSC-1299 features a 1 ¼ “ (3.2 cm)  thick by 2” (5.1 cm) wide spring steel shank. Its rounded edge reduces stress concentration due to side loads while offering approximately 95% increase in
resistance to bending in the direction
of pull.

This shank is recommended for dual
spring bundles working in depths of 8”-
12” (20 - 30.5 cm) or in undulating curvy ground where there will be lots of side loads on the shank.
